Good Luck getting these people to call you back. If you are looking for someone to manage your HOA..don't use these guys..They will not adhere to the covenants of your community and will not keep the homeowners involved in any way when it comes to decisions to be made about your community.
Acclaim is a very BAD management company.

Hire Acclaim and you will be sorry. They take your money then you will never hear from them again. Very poor management by CEO(?) Linda Silverman. Before you associate with Acclaim first hire a lawyer. You will need one to deal with Acclaim and your losses.

Acclaim does not do its job. Our property has gone down hill from neglect. Their employees are rude and treat owners with disrespect. They do not enforce the by-laws and community rules. They have demonstrated that they are not qualified to manage a property. The owner is extremely defensive and bullies the board of directors and Association members. They provide the worst service. They do not respond to repeated calls, emails and faxes. They are good at mismanaging our property. You have been warned.
